M3 has the 80 amp alternator...

www.alternatorparts.com has the right voltage regulator/brush combo for about $50 delivered...

Installed drove it home... we'll see how it goes.

Got the driveline installed today. Should be ready to fire next weekend.

We've skied there before, and loved it. We stayed at the Grand Lodge (restaurant on the 1st floor sucked, but the rest of the place was great), walking distance to the lifts, as well various restaurants and shops.
