I know this is old news to you since you downloaded the new CCR and read over all of the changes already... ;) Have a look at the driver points scale 27.12 and you'll see that contact resulting in damage and punt as well as passing under waving yellow are now worth six points instead of three. 10 points and you go for review for "appropriate action".
