    Insurance settlement

The HANS device was excluded.

The ruling was that it has no possible "house-hold use" other than use inside a race car.

Helmets, suits, gloves, etc. can be worn for doing things outside of racing or the car, even though they might not be the best choice, they can be used.

Therefore, my settlement was a lot less than expected.

The HANS device has been long known as a proper neck support while cleaning gutters and trimming overhead limbs.

I guess you don't have State Farm. That sucks.

My renter's insurance covered everything that was not permanently mounted in my vehicle. I just had to provide receipts for the high ticket items.

If Mitch posts his paypal address we can send donations his way.
