So what are everyone's plans for the offseason?

My to do list is pretty short.

    1. Rework attachment point for my lower splitter for quicker/easier on/off.
    2. Finish putting power and lights in my trailer.
    3. Work bench for the trailer.
    4. drain cooling system!
    5. Fix power steering cooler leak.
    6. change front spring rates.
    7. Tidy up the inside of the car and engine compartment.
    8. Organize spares in the trailer
    9. New trailer tires probably...they are two years old now.
    10. Work out plan to use up all remaining RA1's throughout 08.
    11. Swap out harnesses from passenger side to driver side. Recertify driver belts.
    12. Re-install mufflers so I can hear safety broadcast.
    13. Remove old sponsor stickers and finally wax the car...after 7 years!!!
    14. Repaint nose and hood if time allows.

Wow! I need to get started soon!!!
    Ah, fugg it.

My top ten list which is dependent on budget as much as anything.

    1. Upgrade all 4 shocks to "The Man" quality shocks. Money will be an issue.

    2. Upgrade all bushings from stock on swaybars and endlinks.
    3. Upgrade steering rag joint.
    4. Repair loose steering wheel in the tilt part.
    5. Maybe try new rear spring rates
    6. Re-wrap exhaust.
    7. Change all fluids
    8. Buy New Tires
    9. New front Brake Pads
    10. Fix fuel guage

    - look into an accusump set-up.
    - hog wild on spring rates.
    - front rotor R&D.
    - push body work off one more year.
    - repair stripped bolt holes in trans case for shifter.
    - new exhaust from manifolds back - possibly a boom tube.

    1. New radiator core support and lay top of radiator forward and bottom back, ala C6R.
    2. Build either carbon fiber or fiberglass duct for radiator out of fiberglass hood (like what Paul Brown has done on his AIX Mustang)
    3. Think about more aero.....
    4. Build more aero....
    5. Think about new nose and splitter
    6. Look into more weight savings
    7. Install cool shirt/helmet system
    8. "Tidy up a bit" (MW circa Oct. '07)
    9. Put motor/trans back in and break-in at MSR-C over the holidays

good luck with 1. and 2. I spent the better part of two months on mine only to realize there wasn't enough room with the radiator I have. Ended up compromising and kept it simple so I didn't spend money on a new radiator.

We need to finish the front aero and get the car painted.

Besides a couple of testNtune days at Cresson to decide whether we run the Penske or Ohlins shocks, the rest is top secret
