Lots of pic ... thanks Leah

Leah (I hope that is her name ... at my age, names escape me) took a bunch of pics with my camera ... over 130 ... of the race on Sunday.

    Awesome job!

Who can host either 90 meg of 1024x680 or 500 meg of 3008 x 2000 images?

Here are a couple examples ...

    This was from pit road!

    The battle through Little Bend

    Entry into Rattlesnake

    And again

    Point bys ....

Juan Pablo Burch, Glenn Earnhardt, Jr. and Eric SchuVarner

Who was driving Chris' car. It is ahead of Armstrong ...

    Post race interview ....

    Same here.

BTW -- what camera and (more importantly,) lens were used?

I've just got a 500mm/1000mm lens that I had meant to haul out there last weekend (didn't manage to make it out of the house Sunday damnit!) I also have a 75-300mm zoom on its way...

First place I went ... but it still doesn't recognize me as a user. I figured it to be a Ford vs GM thing and didn't want to push the button till after Step 1 was complete Sunday evening.

That's very cool, since I'll be shooting with a D50 and the older Nikkor 75-300 lens (f4.5-5.6) It's a slightly slower lens (yours is a F4-5.6, I think) at 70mm, but the older lens is a little sharper, according to many reviews.

I'm stoked, since my "new" 500mm lens is mostly crap (what do you expect for $35,) and with the doubler (1000mm,) it is even worse. It better be a really bright day if I want to use that lens.

Yep! I can easliy squeeze off 300-400 per day and if I'm lucky, I end up with maybe a dozen I really like. Now if I could just get someone to take shots for me while I'm on the track!
