Looking for a TIG welder

Person, not machine.

I'm repositioning the angle of my spindle ducts.
I'm gonna cut them up and need someone to stitch them back together.
My previous guy melted his brains out with a crack pipe so I'm looking for a new guy.
NE Tarrant county area preferred.
