    Question from a 1st timer

I am curious about what all I need do through NASA for the Houston event as a first timer. I have signed up for HPDE1 and I have my nasa membership card. anything else?

I am planning on bringing my helmet, gloves, shoes, long pants and shirt. anything else?

Bring a pit bike and some Bud Light.

There are some articles on the nasa website you could read that gives a decent idea of what to bring and how to prepare.

Bring some gas jugs if you have them.

 The last time I let someone drive my car they broke my transmission, that's not going to happen again.

Or was it the other way around?

Ummm... unless you are planning on reinstalling the tranny, changing the seat, spindles, front bumper cover, rear decklid, and work out the fuel pickup issue... me don't think so! 8)
