Installing A-Pillar support bars for the Texas guys

    In this thread
    http://www.aicmctexas.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=2005
many expressed wanting to add A-Pillar support bars to their cages, like shown in thise pics.

Glenn and I chatted briefly and would add these bars to your cage, if practical, for a heckuva price ... maybe $150, turn-key.

There are things to consider like ingress and egress, door clearance, padding, mirror access and maybe even dash issues.
They would all be the owner's responsibility.

But the bars we would install and could most likely get it done in a couple hours.
So you could wait for the car to reduce your travel time and costs.

We have a welding blanket and can reasonably protect your dash, seat and cover, steering wheel, wiring, brake lines, etc, etc., etc.
But to be 100% protected, it should be removed from the car.
    That would be your call.

It would have to be on a weekend and by appointment.

    Is there interest?

Yup! I should have my new chassis in the shop in the next 30 days and the new cage will be FIA+. Recent events have caused me to really focus on cage construction as many others have. Thanks LAW Motorsports for stepping up to make this offer.

GTA, as in stock car? Oh, hell no! CMC is rich enough for my budget. I mean my new cage will be built to FIA specs plus TIG welded. Hense, FIA+. FIA specs go much farther than the cage minimums in our CCR.
