i reserved a party room at Poppa Rollo's Pizza in Waco for Dec 6th at 1pm to 6pm. we will start the banquet a 2:30. this will give you and your family time to arrive, eat and play games and such before we kick things off.
let me know NOW if this is a problem. give me a total for your party (including yourself) to ensure we have a large enough room. poll runs for 10 days. i really need to know in the next 7 days.

just to be clear. the food is on you this year. order what you want from the menu (see website if you need to) and sit and eat in the banquet room. this will allow a little more flexability and options. since the room isnt goingto cost anything, there shouldnt be any banquet costs.
the head count is to make sure we dont need the larger room.
