I've seen at least a couple of folks say that they are having track withdrawal symptoms. I feel the same way. The TWS Motorsport Club has an event coming up December 13 and 14. I am planning on being there with the full Liebbe stable of vehicles - 91 LX open track car and the CMC car. For me, it is a time to do some driver training with my wife and dad in the open track car and some seat time for them in the race car.
Bring the family, friends, parents, and supporters for some track time.

I kind of want to do something like this with my Dad after hearing you talk about it.
I couldn't do the TWS thing, but maybe I will find a weekend a little closer for us to do a track day.
