    change cam bearings with motor in car?

    I will post pics in the AM. I have not looked at anything except the front bearing but it is gouged!

    Hate to say it, Jerry, but if the cam bearings are gouged, the motor should come out of the car to be properly torn down, inspected, and rebuilt. That cam bearing is now all over the motor.....
