just a reminder that we are very close to the season opener for 2009.
here is a list off the top of my head that we need to ensure we have ready by Jan 31st:
Comp License
Membership current
Team Declarations
2009 Dyno sheets (2 copies)
event tech sheet filled out and logbook filled out for annual and event tech.
NASA informs me that they will be in place Jan 30th (friday) at MSR-H for Annuals and event tech. Al can still do Annuals for our AI/CMC guys.

also, pre-check your car for annual tech. check dates on your items that expire.
belts - 2 year for SFI and 5 year for FIA
window net - 5 years
helmet - SA-2000 likely good for one more year
check suit and gloves for holes and get them repaired if needed.


I've been told by NASA that they are planning a Comp License day on Friday Jan 30th (friday). please contact NASA TX and/or Kevin Mixon if you need/want to do this.

also, the NASA TX Banquet will be Sat Night Jan 31st. no details yet, but please plan to attend.

One more thing...annual inspections.
NASA Tx Tech plans on being at MSR-H Friday the 30th by mid day.

I will definitely be at the track Friday by mid day with the intent on doing annuals on AI/CMC cars. Dont wait until Saturday morning to get your logbook signed off.
