    Scrubbing in new Toyo R888's

    Okay guys... I'm on my first ever set of BRAND NEW tires...

    What is the proper way to scrub in new tires???

    call the toyo rep...

    I used to scrub shaves with a 20 minute session at about 8/10ths and then put them in the corner of the garage over night.

    The new 888's might have a different proceedure though so toyo tech line might be your best source for info.

    My debacle at ECR is a good axample of old tires.
    All of mine were old and were fast.
    They are not if they havent been run recently.
    R4 I had 2 that werent run in some time.
    ( 1 corded after R3, 1 flat just befor R4)
    They didn't come in until the last lap or 2.
