If I had room, I'd already have one.

    Only for a profit ...

In my trailer? You are beginning to sound like that Landrum character.

If I had the room, I would already have a tire mounting machine. It would be great if someone around me had one I could use.

I haven't bothered balancing my race tires in years...

I've seen you post that on a couple occasions and would like to get your reasoning why you don't have your tires balanced. I'd like to know if I'm throwing money away ...

I read where Richard said that last year prior to Hallett and so I have not balanced a tire since then. So far I can't tell the difference.

i stopped as well unless it's part of the mounting fee. By the time you wear off the tread and pick up rubber from the track and buildup inside the rims and most of the Toyos being out of round anyway, balancing them does nothing for us. considering most balancing machines only balance a tire good to 60mph....doesn't really fit our needs!
    Ah, fugg it.

I just picked up and old center clamping one for fiddy bucks... I gotta overhaul it and then it will be mounted on my trailer with a compressor and generator....
