Pat L. is a fucking moron for spending that kind of money when he is going to get kicked around by "lesser" cars....guess you need those expensive single nut setups for those fast AI pitstops... :roll:

And the Ernesto thing...well, anyone with skills could have gone 3/10ths faster than him with his old setup. For him to say there is still 2 seconds left in the car....I would say there is 4 seconds left in the driver!

That car started out as a Bondurant car. When I was working in San Diego for JBA we and Agent 47 did the initial build. Mark Kauffman, the driver of number 44, did a lot of rework during the winter of '07 while he was still in MN that included the paint job. I crewed for him at Thunderhill in October doing some chassis adjustments. Very nice guy. He's had mod motor problems from the start and is building a pushrod motor for a backup if (when) this engine goes away again.
