If I run it I would put the cut on the inside on a rear tire.

If it was mine, I would run it. Be sure that it ends up on the left rear though. Here's why... TWS is CW for this next event. The outsides of the left-side tires and the insides of the right-side tires are going to be taxed the most. Flip it, spank it, mount it on the LR
On second thought, maybe you should dismount it and give it to me for 'testing'...
