    i've changed them on an LS1 4th gen (100% stock) in under 45 minutes.

    Yup; specially shortened by cutoff wheel to clear the stupid cowl overhang.

    Since I'm a pansy I had to drop the exhaust and pull the manifolds to get me some room.
