My Steeda Tri-Ax shifter is getting a little loose so I'm looking for a new one. I prefer Steeda but am open to all options. Please let me know of anything available.

Michael,
I've got a spare Pro 5.0 shifter... but it comes with a spare 3550... (you know you need a spare trans).

OH WOW! Racing
I hope I don't need a spare!!
How does the Pro 5.0 feel? The Steeda shifter always felt pretty notchy but I have also heard that is how the 3550 feels.

Shifter isn't what is notchy... it is the 3550. Pro 5.0 is pretty solid feeling. So... you want this trans?

I'll give you $200 for the shifter if you throw the transmission in for free.

3550 and 3560 are both notchy. I've tried the Pro 5 and Tri-ax on my 3560. The Tri-ax got better once I put shims in.Originally Posted by michaelmosty
What does it take to convert from the T5 to the 3550 in a Fox Mustang?

Camaro, Mustang, doesn't matter to me, I'll race it.
