its amazing how much age affects your outlook - I was selfishly glad to see things be down since I'm putting ALOT in right now... means I'm getting more bang for my buck. Oh well...

My 401k doesn't allow for expedient position exchanges.

For the longest time, neither did ours. But we have about a dozen or so choices on how to dispurse funds.
We are limited to 4 transaction/year and one a quarter.
