o.k. - my wife has just bagged up 10lbs of Fajita meat to cook Friday night. there is ALOT of meat. Lewis, bring tortilas to cover that! i'm sure i can feed anyone who needs feeding @ this point. if you wanna kick in a little scratch feel free to do so, but dont feel obligated. i think the plan is to cook this Friday night after the track shuts down. unless we plan otherwise.
I have about 3/4 jar of ho made salsa. I didnt have time to make a new batch. It only takes a small amount of it, and Ill bring some stor bought salsa too.

I snagged 6 dozen fresh tortillas tonight and I brought back 6lbs of chorizo from the valley.
The margaritas and daiquiris have been churning since lunch. :twisted: :twisted:
BTW: I'm going to be at the 114/35W station at 7:30. Didn't read about a change in plans so I'm following that one.
