Oh yeah ... its just a video.

How hard can it be to:

review hundreds of hours of in-car video
    review hundreds of photos
    log all the potential "takes"
convert all the formats to something your program can actually read, edit and process
    find appropriate music
edit all the video and audio
sync the music to the action on screen.
re-edit video when music doesn't match up
    resync the music
    repeat mulitple times
    finalize and export
make 100 copies of the DVD with nice, printed labels
Show it at the banquet and hand out all the copies
read all the Siskel and Ebbert type comments on style and content.

If you don't work, don't sleep and piss your family off, you should have it completed by teh 13th.

    More banquet details...

    location is:
    Caffe Capri
    222 North Main Street
    Bryan, Tx
    979-822-2675

We'll have appetizers and a nice sit down italian dinner. We'll also have a hosted bar (with some financial cap since you guys drink too much  after which you winos are on cash up front)

My best guess since I dont have a head count is cost will be $6 per adult.

Please pm me your adult/children headcount as I will need to lock it one week prior (the 6th)

For those not in "the know"...

Caffe Capri is owned by Rami Cerone, who happens to be a super nice guy, and a race car driver too! He has driven in three? LeMons races, and quite a few Spec RX7 races where he rented a ride. He has recently purchased a Spec7 so please give him hell about not having the cajones to step up to v8 powah and race with us when you see him at the banquet :-) I fully expect him to come to his senses and join CMC one of these days.

Oh, their food is good too

I'm going to fit it in, but I'll be in Houston that weekend at the NMRA event and will probably head up there for the evening.

Are there any other Houston guys planning to make the trip up there on Saturday afternoon?

This sounds like a high class place. I'm impressed Al.
I guess there will be no puking in the parking lot?
My wife and I will definitely be there.
    Thanks
