Thanks again for organizing. If you didn't meet your quota, let us know so we can cover the difference.

Al, Todd, and Rob, thanks for coming out to perform the annuals.

Wade/Rob thanks for helping out with my timing. That would have been a wasted dyno.

    See you all Friday

    Dave,

Make sure to check that distributor tie down bolt make sure its properly tightened. Also mark the distributor for future reference.

Removal of the Helmholtz resonator would only provide an increase in NVH likely distracting me further from my goal of successfully operating the vehicle due to the increase in noise. Further, given the lack of emperical evidence that removal of said device would increase net power output or driveability, I choose to accept GM's engineering prowess over my own.

    Or... I'm just cheap.

Conversation between myself and Wendy, Wade Zimmer's girlfreind/better half. This happened after Sam Crumpacker's car was off the dyno but before the next one.

Wendy: Why are they wetting the floor down?

Rob: They aren't. They're mopping up all the water that came out of Sam's car.

I think from now on, we'll just say Sam's car is just marking it's territory. Once could be considered a fluke. Twice...
