    CMC Rule 8.4

    8.4 Rear Wings
    Any non driver adjustable rear spoiler/wing that fits the following criteria may be used.

    Is this legal???

    From what I gather, as long as it is 12" or less in height and all vertical lines projected from any point on the spoiler intersect a body or bumper point. It looks to be less than a 12" chord.

    I have no idea how to interpret the CMC wing rules. I don't see how multiple technically knowledgeable people could come up with the same answer over multiple platforms if someone was looking to push the limit of those rules...

    The smiley was supposed to mean that I was joking... I would hope that no-one comes to the track with that wing... they would be laughed at.

    Section 5 of the rules (Eligible Manufacturers/Models) does not list the Camaro Type R aas an approved platform.
