    It finally breathes life again!

Well, wounded mod motor fired up around 2pm today after a few weeks on jackstands...figured I would get it running and over to the other side of the garage so the wife can stop complaining about not being able to park in the garage! :P

Anyway, it twisted right off and after getting the air out of the fuel lines and burping the cooling system....I revved it a couple times and it sounds different....amazing how a little more compression will change the sound of the motor.....oh and the lack of mufflers.

Going to heat cycle it a couple more times to get the air out of the cooling system and check for leaks, will retorque the head bolts just to be sure this time then off to the dyno....expect better numbers to chase there Mr. Marvel....I am going to need them to stay in front of you!!!

All I have left are some minor between race items like brake pads and some checking of key nuts/bolts and we are hauling the mail!

    Laterz gatorz!!!
