    The American Pickup Truck Challenge

With all the rural tracks popping up all over Texas, Bubba needs to get involved. This is an untapped market.
How many beater SWB pickups are out there just waiting for a set of 17" Toyos?
    F150's, C10's, Silverados, Rams?
The west coast invented CMC & AI.
The Texas region of NASA oughtta be trying similar stuff as this if they aren't gonna get their DE car count up.

Redneck foreplay- "gittin the truck bitch"

as much as I like the sound of this....I think it would be even more expensive than AI!

I would rather see us kick a couple classes out the door (Formula Vee and another to be chosen), then go to multiple 40 minute races in a weekend for AI/CMC. We could then also work on a Spec E30 group that could run with GPC and get all the european machinery in one class...Mixon can then run around them in the vette!

As for the DE program....we might want to start referring to it as RACECRAFT PROGRAM and lure away some of the advanced students from Drivers Edge and Apex. They get them interested and we seal the deal for comp licenses....
    Ah, fugg it.
