Mine isn't fancy and weighs about 10lbs. It gets the job done. I'd be more than happy to wield it at ya...er for ya...just mark the spot with an "X".

Eastwood has a really nice one on sale for for about $250. Anyone interested in pitching in for one? 10 folks at about $25 each would do it.

dayum guys, use a hammer! i used one to do my cmc car and for those of you who have seen my 98 Z28 street car, i did those the same way to clear for 315's. no paint work required.

No pic...but it's effective. But, not as effective as an actual roller. CMC17 is not going to win a show/shine contest. 8)

This is the fender roller I built for myself:

There is a thread about them on Corner-Carvers (http://corner-carvers.com/forums/sho...fender+rolling). They do work significantly better than beating the shit out of things with a hammer. You can actually stretch/reshape with the roller setup.

It's just sitting in my garage in Houston rusting away if anyone wants to come borrow it. Otherwise, I'll bring it to the track.

    Yes yes!
    That's it. Engineers think alike.
    BFH was a last resort.

Next event will be to tight.
I need time to work it prior.
I was thinking Bud (local) had this.
    Problem is, we're 200mi. away.
Can you ship, I'll re-emburse you?
    If not no biggie.

    thanks,

    jb

If Richard wants to bring it to the April event, I'm sure a lot of us DFW folks can make use of it and when we're done, I can ship it back.

    Sound reasonable, Richard?

Jeff... This site used to offer the fender roller as a rental. It doesn't seem to be working right now, so it might not be available anymore or the site is just down.
