Barber is one bad ass track! If I don't take the pinata to the Nationals I might consider that trip. If you go, keep it on the track. Barber will send you a large bill for any grounds repairs that you cause.

That is a myth. Barber will only charge for armco and guardrails per agreement you will sign upon entering the facility. Prices are stated up front.

Willful negligence may be another story (donuts in the grass lol)

They used to charge for incidental damage, but changed their ways. They used to have ppl sign for paddock spots in order to charge for oil spills etc.

Now, if you spill oil, there is a number to call, and they will send a crew to clean it up.

    Cool Bud!
There are quite a few that tell me they are interested.
This event will be NASA's 1st event there.
It is only a little farther than NPR.
    Will be a hoot.
    I hope you make it.
I can't remember the last time I saw you.
    Prolly NPR '05.

It has been a while, probably Hallett. I finally have the car handling right. That track looks way fun, I watched a motorcycle race on Speed yesterday that was held there. It looks like a blast. I am also thinking about going to Heartland Park this year, it has been many years since I have been there.
    What was your takeaway?

Alot of chatter on the SE forum about very high car count.
I will register shortly after the nat'l race.
Also alot of chatter about the need for more practice time on Sat.
Haven't heard anything about Fri test day.

got any info on track elevation at Barber? Looking to see if my current dyno would be legal...

Also, how did you guys deal with that at Road Atlanta?...just carry it with you for reference at the track?
