It's in the 70's here in the Austin area. It's a good thing your doing; taking care of these people who got screwed up by this Global warming deal.
All kidding aside I've always thought highly of the power and phone guys who have to work in those conditions to get it all turned back on. When we had the last ice storm (ten years or so ago) it was spooky hearing the trees breaking. We had no power for four days and since I had a wood stove my mom and dad stayed at our house. We cooked and kept warm by keeping that Vermont Casting stove stoked up to the max. I had a battery out of my bass boat hooked up to a 12" TV so we were warn, had plenty to eat and even had TV. We were way better off than most.

got back today. 54 hours in 4 days and i only worked 4 today. tomorrow will make it an even 60 no problem.
