    Crap, I still can't download the report. I've tried opening it and saving it to the computer, both at home and work.
    Any suggestions?

    It would appear that you have a word processing program that does not like this file.

    I use a free word processing program (download) called "abiword" word processor. It is a little slow, but did open it up.
