My family is not going to be able to make it. The youngest has basketball and indoor soccer games.

I have 2 friends coming in from out of town, they're down for the banquet. That makes it me +3.


These guys are looking to move from DE (instructors) to wheel-to-wheel... both run BMWs but I think we can convert them.

Okay folks... We are at $17.75 per person. This includes:

Room Rental (5p-11p)
12 Large Curly Fries
11 Large Onion Rings
310 Wings (Medium and Mild)
225 Chicken Tenders
Ranch Dressing
Bleu Cheese Dressing
White Gravy
Sodas (unlimited refills)
Tea (unlimited refills)
Water
Coffee (unlimited refills)
Clean up fee

This will feed us with some left over. I didn't want to run out and I figured $17.75 each was fair from previous events.
Of course, alcohol will be the responsibility of whoever wants to drink. Bring your own coolers, ice, and beverages.

The $17.75 per person assumes 50 folks. We are right at that number. I can take cash at the door and then "refund" once I get through the entire tally...
