Congrats... and so true. We now owe less than 5 years on our house. Woohoo!!

Meh... house payment ----> College ----> Future medical costs... it just a different pile.

But our balance is low enough now that Bank of America (who sucks!) doesn't even include a penalty amount now for paying late... which I'm glad to oblige.
