I had concluded that a driver with the experience, skill, and astute spatial awareness... that Jay has... then I remembered Jerry was driving and was just trying to whittle down the field.
To Jerry's defense, I thought the only reason he would have come over that hard was coming back on track. Now Jay did try to punt me... but I was in a good mood and waved instead of just spinning off track.

Been in Brunei for a few days for now
-Shell here basically runs/is the focal point of this side of Brunei. It looks like they bought 1000 white entry level toyota/mitsubishi/nissan sedans, stamped some numbers on them, and parked them in the parking lots of every hotel here. We even get a fuel voucher we can present in any Shell station in this city for free fuel. Every day at work I have to read the license plates of every Nissan Sunny SUPER SEDAN in the parking lot until I can find my assigned car; it has no keyless entry so I can't cheat.
-Driving on the wrong side of the road itself isn't bad, but every time i reach for the shifter i keep banging my hand on the door with my right hand. I also keep flipping on the wipers everytime I try to indicate. By the time I get used to this I will have problems readjusting to the good ole american way
-It's a dry country, no booze and everything pretty much shuts down at 9pm.
-People are pretty friendly and at the very basic level everyone can speak at least broken english
-Tried to order the national dish of Brunei, Ambuyat (some bamboo concoction, no clue), but they ran out. Got some really good thai fried rice instead. Trying to eat any form of "western" food here is terrible; they like to put mayonnaise on salads. Looks like I'll be eating a lot more tasty asian food for my remainig 7 days here...
Dude the Asians put mayo on everything. The wife put some on some JDM ramen noodles the other day, was actually pretty good. Of course their mayo tastes a little different too.
MAP plug.
To double check we swapped two, used a little TTS Datamaster to read it all in real time, and the Orange is back.
Which is a shame, it seemed to work ok once we got it turning left again.
Time for the winter break...

The brake pad fairy dropped off some Raybestos pads today. I'm converting from the $350/set PFC01's to sub $100/set Raybestos 47's. I'm also trying four different rear compounds. They are anywhere from $67-127/set...
It is almost too good to be true. If anyone would want a set, please let me know and I can try and work the same deal I received. I worked thru Ed Hunter (AI racer in the great lakes region).
It's crazy that I bought all nine sets of pads for what two and a half sets of PFC01 front pads cost...
