One week 'til Eagle's... I've had all summer to freak out because it will be my first track weekend with my own car. Now, I'm totally excited and today, my mind is working to pin down what things are most important to me to work through on the track.

So, do you have any bits of track day advice for me? Maybe something that an instructor or pal suggested that has stuck with you?

I understand that you are busy getting ready and there's maybe a better forum to ask (I've read lots of the others) but I would rather hear from you guys.
