    MSR-C 3-17/18-12 - Schedule!

I don't have a copy of the schedule yet, but when I do, I'll post it here. But while I have your attention.....
As always, we will have at least 2 required meetings during the weekend. Each will be 15 minutes after qual. Missing these meetings will result in no qual time. If you have an offical NASA reason for missing the meeting, be sure and get w/ me prior to missing the meeting. One thing I ask is that you help and remind the visiting racers and rookie racers of these meetings. We will likely be spread out more than normal, so look out for one another. At this point, the meeting location will be at my trailer. I could however move it as a result of weather or noise. I'll post this on my trailer door.
I will have my trailer there, so look on my door for qual results and grids for R1-4.

If you need an Annual Inspection..... Please let me know well in advance! Sat AM is not gonna cut it. I'll point you to the tech shed. You may miss practice/qual as a result.

Al - I need an Annual please.

Please go out of your way making the visiting racers feel at home. I know I don't need to ask this group to do that, but lets be sure and show them a good time (where is the Dr Frank hooch when you need it?). Simple things like "where is impound" or "where is the bathroom" are things these guy will not know. We will also have some rookies that may need to know as well.

I'll add more as I think of it.

As one of the visiting racers, I do have a couple of questions?
    1: where's the first turn
    2: what's the track record
Oh and can I wrap my exhaust manifolds?
Just hangin' with the dudes from Texas.

1: 100 yards after the green flag
2: nothing for you to worry about
    3: please do.

Start is between Big Bend and Rattlesnake on the attached track map. Usually just a guy standing in the back of a truck. We run counterclockwise, so turn one is the area called "Rattlesnake". It is M-U-C-H tighter than it looks on the map. Don't go wide left. You can see why in our video from last year when Randy destroyed an oil pan, and control arm on the white 77.

For new people, I recommend that you just take the start and then exit to pit lane to stay out of any trouble ;-p

Yes if you point them to anything other than a Ford.
