    Dave and others,
Is there any way AI/CMC could compromise and park around the perimeter of the skid pad? I know the logistics will have to get worked out when at the track but I think we could all put forth a big effort to keep the parking clean up there.
It would be pretty easy to unload the car and then back the trailer up into the grass (with the truck tires still on pavement), and then pit in front of said trailer.
    Thoughts????

This is what you, Marshall, Frank, Mitch, BL and I (and many others) have done every year. I unload the car then back the trailer into the dirt leaving only the RV on the blacktop. Then we pit in front of the RV. If it was just AI/CMC we could get away with just the perimeter. I bet last year half or more were not in AI/CMC. Don't they know that is our area?

The whole parking thing is stressing me with my parents bringing the motorhome. There simply is not enough paved parking for everyone.

Dave's letter said we wouldn't be allowed in until 5:00, but I suspect the line starts forming very early for a land rush.

What time is everyone planning on being there? I sure would like to get a spot for my parents motorhome that is acceptable.

Dave's letter also said that you wouldn't be allowed to park parallel to the grass to allow more parking spots which is a good thing, but I wonder if it will be enforced since some of those big rigs take up tons of parking.

I did not see the 5:00 PM deal. I was going to get up inthe Am and drive on up to get a spot. I guess I will have to get in line at 11:00 AM.

I'm going up tonight for CBP tomorrow...I'll do my best to save some spots for folks. Question is where do we want to be? I was just gonna try for that big space next to the first garage....
